There is not really much to say here. The content of the work in combination with the title is unambiguous. The long ‘o’ sound here stands for an exclamation of surprise or astonishment. Taken on its own, however, the ‘o’ could also mean an exclamation of rejection or refusal.

The theme is somewhat reminiscent of Ernst Jandl’s “Saying with a short o.”
