This guide is based on the menu structure of the site and provides more detailed support for exploring the site than the Quickhiker’s Guide on the starting page.

Like to take a quick look at the latest works?

Click on «RECENTLY POSTED»

You will be taken to a page showing the last six works. Select a work to call up its description.

or click on «WORKS BLOG»

to go directly to the blog with the picture descriptions. The first blog page lists the most recent posts with the most recent at the top.

Cruising through picture collections

Click on «MY GALLERIES DASHBOARD»

Galleries I to V are themed collections—differentiated by category— that only contain images. If you move the mouse pointer over an entry card for a gallery, the card rotates and you can open the gallery with a mouse click.

Gallery VI is actually a complete work, a coherent series of five pictures/pieces of writing that describes how a ‘phonemic picture’ is created.

Gallery VII provides a thumbnail overview of all the works I have posted so far.

Get a description of a work

Click on «WORX BLOG»

Opens a page with a more or less extensive explanation of a work.

Retrieve a work with description by title

Click on «INDEX»

Opens an alphabetically sorted display of the work titles. Clicking on a title leads to its blog post

Leave a message

Click on «MESSAGE TO ME»

You’re welcome to send me an e-mail message. Simply fill in the required fields.

View formal information

Click on «INFO»

This page contains imprint and privacy policy, information required for the proper operation of the website. Here you will find—as well as on the starting page—a link to this post.

Archives & Categories

Limiting the number of blog posts displayed

Each blog post contains the folders ‘Archives’ and ‘Categories’ in its right sidebar.

Archive folders are named after the time period in which a worx blog was posted and offer the corresponding blog posts for viewing.

Category folders contain the blog posts of the works that are assigned to the corresponding category.

The ‘navigation info’ is intended to enable users who do not feel like browsing around (which is actually the point of the whole thing) to proceed in a more targeted manner. (’∀`)b

That’s a correct statement—although unregulated searching is definitely the more fun option.
