A variation of D'OR in shades of gray against a dark gray background and in portrait format. "D'OR"—Dolores O'Riordan, singer of the Cranberries, is one of my favorite female musicians and the work is part of a short series on "AFFMs" (absolute favorite female musicians). For quite a while there were only two female artists; recently there have been three. I switched the position of the apostrophe in the name abbreviation from after to before the "O," so the name abbreviation now evokes the French term for "golden." As the title says, a wallpaper. I occasionally change the wallpapers on my computer screens, preferring personal motifs. "Win background preliminary study" is the result of the first considerations for a Windows wallpaper—in the state of the still unfinished theme, so to speak, but which already represents an independent (different) theme in this form. “Tolkien 01B”—Although the work includes a digital component, I classify it as literature-related.
